Payment Policy

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and a unique order number that you can use to track your purchase.

Once proof of payment has been received and the payment reflects in OTB Sport’s bank account, shipment will take place.

The time the payment takes to clear is dependent on which bank the payment is made from. In most cases the payment should reflect the same day or early the next day.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries outside Namibia
Special arrangements will need to be made for deliveries outside Namibia. Please fill in your special delivery requirements in the provided space on the CHECKOUT PAGE named “Notes and special requests”.

We will be able to obtain a quotation for transport and email this to you. You can then decide whether you would like to proceed with your purchase or cancel your order.

Deliveries within the borders of Namibia
A flat delivery charge of N$70 will be charged per order. However, DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS IN EXCESS OF N$800 WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE.

Delivery will be made through OTB Sport’s chosen courier companies, Nampost Courier or Pro Parcel.

Orders placed and funds cleared before 3pm will be shipped that same day. Delivery should take place the following day, barring any unforeseen issues that may arise with the courier. OTB Sport will not be held responsible for any of these unforeseen circumstances.

Orders placed and funds cleared after 3pm will be shipped the following day. (Example: Place order on Monday at 3:30pm and funds confirmed to be in our account at same time. The order will only be sent on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday.)

No deliveries will be possible on Sundays.

If delivery is required on a Saturday, that shipment will need to be collected at the Couriers depot. OTB will inform you of the depot to collect from. If delivery is not urgent, it will be made on Monday.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will only be shipped on a Monday.

Orders placed on public holidays will only be shipped the following day.

Delivery will be made to the person and address stated on your purchase order. Please ensure that this address is correct. If you wish someone else to be allowed to receive this shipment please state so in the “Notes and special requests” section on the Checkout Page.

If there is nobody present to receive shipment at the stated address, the customer will be liable for further charges to have product re-delivered.

Receiving of Parcels

The person receiving the parcel will be asked to sign the waybill as proof that the parcel has been received and in good order.

Please check the parcel and its contents in front of the driver to ensure that the parcel has not been tampered with and that no items are missing.

If the package has been tampered with and items are missing, please note this on the waybill. You can then choose to receive the parcel as is and co sign with the courier that shipment has been accepted OR to send the parcel back noting the reason for this on the waybill and co signing the waybill with the courier.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your online purchase you may return the product to OTB Sport for a refund provided you meet the conditions set for a return or refund.

We will exchange or refund a product if
• There is a valid proof of purchase – an invoice
• The items must be returned within 3 months of the original purchase
• The items need to be in the same condition that they were purchased in
o It needs to be in its original packaging
o The price label should still be attached
o The item may not have been worn

Any courier costs for the return of the product will be borne by the purchaser.

Once the product has been received and inspected we will either replace the product or reimburse you by making a direct deposit into your bank account.

If a refund is requested please include the bank details that you would require the refund to be made to.
